We mainly produce stainless steel thermos cups, stainless steel outdoor products, and stainless steel tensile parts processing.

Support customer OEM and ODM customization. The stainless steel cup supports all Pantone C card series color fixing and logo customization. Outdoor products support logo packaging customization, and stainless steel tensile parts can be customized according to customer requirements and drawings.

We have 3 metalworking production lines, 2 fully automatic spray painting lines, and 2 packaging lines. The daily production capacity is 20,000 stainless steel cups, 5,000 stainless steel wood stoves, and more than 100,000 semi-processed stainless steel drawn parts.

The company currently has more than 300 employees, including 270 production employees, 12 salesmen, 15 R&D engineers, and 10 QC quality inspectors.

First of all, before each mass production, we will produce pre-production samples for customers to confirm the final product requirements. If there are any problems, we will promptly improve and solve them before mass production. During the metalworking stage, we have two quality inspections. If there are any problems with the finished metalworking products, we will solve them directly. During the product polishing and spray-painting printing stages, in addition to manual inspection, we also have quality inspection tools such as vacuum inspection machines and infrared flaw detectors to further confirm the quality. Our assembly line will be fully inspected during the packaging stage. Products support Japanese, European, and American quality inspection requirements.

Our general payment method is 20-30% advance payment before production and 30-70% final payment for large goods.

Usually, we ship goods by sea. Ningbo and Shanghai ports are relatively close to our factory. We can also arrange air transportation or rail transportation according to your needs. Ensure that the goods are delivered to you safely and on time.

Our stainless steel cup products are mainly exported to Europe, the United States, Japan, and South Korea. Outdoor products have cooperation with major European and American brands and supermarkets. Semi-finished products are processed and exported to Southeast Asia for stainless steel drawn parts, and finished products are mainly exported to Europe and the United States.
