The cup color customization process is commonly divided into several categories: painting, plastic spraying, and plating. Each category has several processes to choose from, which are described in detail below.

Spray paint, spray paint for the cup color is a conventional process, common spray paint contains glossy paint, matte paint, pearlescent paint, rubber feel paint, hammered paint, gradient spray paint, and so on.

Gloss spray paint: a common type of spray paint, stainless steel silver cup body surface sprayed with a layer of glossy paint, is one of the common spray paint process, is the bottle looks bright, and rich in color.

Matte spray paint: is also one of the common spray paint effects, compared with glossy spray paint, matte spray paint color will be darker, suitable for Europe and the United States, Japan, and South Korea more minimalist design, choose matte spray paint, can make the cup looks more simple senior.

Pearlescent spray paint: the paint used in this spray paint contains pearlescent powder, so the effect of spray paint is more shiny, compared to glossy spray paint, you can see the pearl powder shiny effect, it will look more upscale.

Hammer grain paint: This kind of paint is mostly used in some thermal insulation cup products that need to be used outdoors, such as travel pots, matte cups, and so on. With this paint process, the surface will have a hammer grain texture, and look very outdoor wilderness feeling. This kind of paint texture is also thicker than the conventional glossy/matte paint and is more resistant to falls, accidental falls are not easy to paint and leave scars.

Gradient spray paint: this process for the gradient use of two-color paint, the current popular name for the dopamine color system, is suitable for some of the more fashionable designs, compared with the traditional one-color spray paint, this process can make the product look to follow up on the dynamic and fashionable.

Plastic spraying: this process is also a conventional color customization process for thermos flasks, the surface of the plastic spraying will have a frosted touch, and feel different from the spray paint. Electroplating: Water plating: this plating is a lower-cost plating, a common color for gold and rose gold, there will be uneven coloring, color instability, and other defects, but a little for the price is affordable. Ion plating: the process of attaching metal ions of different colors to the surface of the cup, you can choose to customize a variety of colors, the conventional effect is matte, but due to the plating process, the color is very strong.

UV plating is the latest process. The effect is a mirror effect, and the product is very beautiful after UV plating. However, this process is expensive and suitable for some brands or the quality requirements of higher customers.

Daily use Note: Whether it is painted, sprayed, or plated, the daily use of our thermos cups is recommended to be put into the dishwasher because the high temperature of the dishwasher and the brush will cause damage to the surface of the thermos cup. Whether conventional paint or high-resistance paint will appear in such conditions. It is recommended that the daily use of insulation cups using neutral detergent, to hand wash is appropriate.
